Your Guide to Submitting an Article

Check the journal’s requirements, prepare your files, and submit through the online system.

1. Check Whether Your Article Fits

We welcome original research articles, review articles, and case studies in language education, applied linguistics, and literary studies.

Read About the Journal, the Focus and Scope, and Manuscript Types before preparing your submission.

2. Prepare Your Manuscript

Follow the Author Guidelines and use the journal template.

• Write in clear academic English.
• Prepare a Microsoft Word manuscript using the required format.
• Check citations and references against APA, 7th edition.
• Ensure the work is original and is not under consideration elsewhere.

3. Prepare Files for Double-Blind Review

Title page: Include the article title, all authors’ names, affiliations, countries, email addresses, and the corresponding author’s details. Add ORCID identifiers where available.

Anonymized manuscript: Remove author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and identifying information from document properties, comments, and tracked changes.

Upload these as separate files. Enter complete author information in the submission metadata and ensure it matches the title page.

4. Review Ethics and Publication Terms

All authors must approve the submission and author order. Report funding, relevant conflicts of interest, and applicable research ethics approval and consent.

5. Understand Review and Fees

Read the Peer Review Process and Article Processing Charges before submitting.

Payment does not guarantee acceptance. Editorial decisions depend on scholarly quality and compliance with journal requirements.

6. Submit Online

1. Register or log in to your journal account.
2. Start a new submission and confirm the submission requirements.
3. Upload the manuscript, title page, and relevant supporting files.
4. Enter the title, abstract, keywords, and details of every author.
5. Check all information and complete the submission.

7. After Submission

Monitor your account and registered email for editorial messages. When revisions are requested, upload the revised files and a response explaining how each comment was addressed.
