Author Guidelines

  • All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to the work and approved the submitted manuscript.

  • Authors must follow the journal’s manuscript template and these guidelines.

  • Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) through the journal’s online submission system.

  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the manuscript, including data, quotations, citations, references, and author information.

3. Manuscript Preparation for Double-Blind Review

The journal applies double-blind peer review. Authors must prepare:

Title Page

Include the manuscript title, all authors’ full names, institutional affiliations, countries, and email addresses. Clearly identify the corresponding author and provide ORCID identifiers where available.

Anonymized Manuscript

Remove author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and other information that could reveal author identities. Remove identifying information from file properties and tracked changes. Cite your own published work in the third person, as you would cite other authors. Provide the title page separately using the submission system’s additional-file option. Complete the author information in the submission metadata.

4. Structure of Original Research Articles

Original research articles should contain the following sections:

TITLE

Provide a concise and informative title that accurately represents the study. Avoid unnecessary abbreviations and overly general wording.

ABSTRACT

Present the research problem or purpose, method, principal findings, and conclusion in one self-contained paragraph. Report the main findings clearly rather than merely stating that results will be discussed. Avoid citations and undefined abbreviations.

KEYWORDS

Provide three to five keywords or phrases that represent the main concepts of the article. Separate keywords with semicolons.

INTRODUCTION

Explain the research background, relevant literature, research problem, and gap addressed by the study. Clearly state the research objective or questions and explain the study’s contribution. The introduction should synthesize relevant studies rather than present a list of summaries.

METHOD

Describe the research procedures in sufficient detail for readers to assess the study’s quality. Organize this section under the following subheadings:

Design and Samples

Explain the research design, setting, population or participants, sampling procedure, sample size, and relevant participant characteristics. For qualitative studies, explain participant selection and the rationale for the number of participants.

Instrument and Procedure

Describe the instruments, materials, data sources, and data collection procedures. Explain instrument development or adaptation and provide evidence of validity, reliability, or trustworthiness as appropriate. Describe the intervention or teaching procedures when applicable. For research involving human participants, report relevant ethical approval or explain the applicable institutional requirements. Describe informed consent, confidentiality, and other measures used to protect participants. Research involving minors should address parental or guardian consent and participant assent where applicable.

Data Analysis

Explain how the data were processed and analyzed. Identify statistical tests, coding procedures, analytical frameworks, and software where relevant. Explain how the analysis addresses the research questions.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Present findings in a logical sequence aligned with the research questions. Use tables, figures, or excerpts when they help readers understand the findings.

Interpret the results in relation to previous research and relevant theory. Explain the study’s contribution, practical implications, and limitations. Avoid repeating all numerical information from tables in the main text or making claims unsupported by the data.

CONCLUSION

Provide a concise answer to the research objectives or questions. Highlight the main contribution and relevant implications. Where appropriate, include recommendations for practice or further research. Do not introduce new data or repeat the abstract.

REFERENCES

Include all sources cited in the manuscript and ensure that every reference is cited in the text.

5. Review Articles and Case Studies

Review Articles

Review articles should present a clear purpose, explain how literature was identified and selected, critically synthesize relevant evidence, and identify implications or gaps. Systematic and scoping reviews should describe their search strategy, eligibility criteria, screening, and synthesis procedures.

Case Studies

Case studies should explain the case and its context, the rationale for case selection, data sources, analytical procedures, findings, and implications. Protect the identities of participants and institutions where necessary.

The main headings may be adapted to suit these article types, provided that the manuscript remains clear and methodologically transparent.

6. Tables, Figures, and Research Excerpts

  • Place tables and figures near their first mention in the text.

  • Number tables and figures consecutively using Arabic numerals.

  • Give each table and figure an informative title and refer to it in the text.

  • Provide tables as editable text, rather than screenshots.

  • Ensure that figures are clear and that labels remain readable.

  • Explain abbreviations and provide source information in notes where necessary.

  • Obtain permission to reproduce copyrighted material when required.

  • For interview excerpts or other participant data, use consistent anonymized identifiers. Provide English translations of non-English excerpts.

7. Citations and References

Use the American Psychological Association (APA), 7th edition, for in-text citations and references.

  • Use the author–date system for in-text citations.

  • For direct quotations, include a page number or another appropriate locator.

  • Arrange references alphabetically by the first author’s surname.

  • Apply a hanging indent to reference entries.

  • Include DOI links in the format https://doi.org/xxxxx where available.

  • Ensure that names, publication years, titles, and publication details are accurate.

  • Select references for their relevance and quality. Do not include irrelevant citations.

  • Check all references manually, even when using reference-management software.
