Preserving the Scholarly Record
Supporting continued access to published research.
1. Access to Published Content
Published articles, issues, and publication metadata are available through the journal’s archives.
Browse Journal Archives →2. Backup and Recovery Responsibilities
Editorial and institutional technical teams should coordinate regular backups of article files, metadata, and the journal database, and periodically review recovery arrangements. Backups support restoration following data loss or disruption.
3. Author Self-Archiving
Authors may deposit the published version without embargo in repositories or personal websites. Retain attribution, the DOI or article link, and copyright and license information.
4. Sharing and Reuse
Follow CC BY 4.0 and the Copyright and License Statement, respecting separately identified third-party rights.
5. Maintaining Publication Records
Corrections, expressions of concern, and retractions are linked to affected articles. Retracted content normally remains accessible with clear labeling. Removal is exceptional, including legal or serious privacy grounds, under Publication Ethics.
