Effective communication plays a pivotal role in enhancing educational outcomes, and various studies have highlighted the importance of employing diverse communication strategies to engage students. This paper explores the role of culturally responsive communication, persuasive strategies, and non-verbal cues in fostering student engagement and improving learning outcomes. It synthesizes research on the integration of technology in education, the impact of teacher-student relationships, and the use of digital tools for enhancing communication. The study employs a qualitative approach, conducting a systematic review of existing literature to identify key communication strategies and their effectiveness in educational settings. Findings suggest that a combination of face-to-face and digital communication methods, tailored to the students' cognitive and cultural backgrounds, is essential for promoting effective learning. Additionally, feedback, clarity, empathy, and non-verbal communication are identified as key factors in overcoming communication barriers and facilitating student engagement. The review underscores the significance of adapting communication approaches to meet diverse learning needs and highlights the critical role of technology in modern educational practices. Overall, the study calls for a balanced approach that combines traditional and innovative communication methods to optimize learning environments.
