Screening for Plagiarism

Imperium: Journal of Education and Reviews is committed to publishing only original work and takes plagiarism seriously as a violation of publication ethics. Every manuscript submitted to the journal undergoes a similarity check as part of the initial screening process, before it is sent for peer review.

Checked with Turnitin similarity detection software

Maximum similarity index accepted 25%
Checked at Initial screening, before peer review

Manuscripts exceeding the accepted similarity threshold are returned to the author(s) for revision, or rejected outright if the overlap indicates substantial unoriginal or unattributed content rather than properly cited material, common phrases, or reference lists.

If plagiarism is identified after publication, the journal follows the retraction procedures described in its Publication Ethics and Allegation of Research Misconduct policies.
