Author Guidelines

All manuscripts must be prepared using the official Imperium Manuscript Template (available on the sidebar) and follow the structure and requirements below before submission.

General requirements

Manuscript types accepted	Research articles, literature reviews, conceptual papers, community service reports (see Focus and Scope)
Language	English or Indonesian (English preferred for wider readership)
Page length	5,000–8,000 words, excluding references
Font and spacing	Times New Roman 12pt, 1.5 line spacing, A4, 1-inch margins on all sides
File format	Microsoft Word (.docx)
Citation style	APA 7th edition, minimum 15 references, ≥80% from primary sources within the last 10 years
Similarity threshold	Maximum 25% (see Plagiarism policy)

Manuscript structure

Manuscripts must follow this structure, in order, matching the official template:

Title (concise, informative, 12–15 words max)

Author names, affiliations, and corresponding author's email

Abstract (150–250 words, one paragraph, no citations)

Keywords (3–5 terms)

1. Introduction — context, literature synthesis, gap, objective

2. Method — design, participants, instruments, data analysis, ethical clearance

3. Results and Discussion — findings, then interpretation against prior literature

4. Conclusion — answers the objective, states contribution, recommendations

Before you submit

Manuscript uses the official Imperium Manuscript Template

All authors meet the journal's Authorship Criteria

Similarity checked and below the 25% threshold

Ethical clearance / self-declaration included where the study involves human or animal subjects

Any use of generative AI is disclosed per the AI Statement policy

Conflicts of interest disclosed per the Conflict of Interest policy
