The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

PJM: Papua Journal of Management is a scientific journal that aims to disseminate scientific articles in the field of management and business, covering both theoretical and practical perspectives. Articles published in the journal should contribute to the development of management knowledge and business practices. The editors welcome original scientific articles that have not been previously published and are written entirely in English.

Articles submitted to PJM: Papua Journal of Management must be original works. The same article must not have been published or be under consideration for publication in any other journal or book, either in whole or in substantial part. Manuscripts must not be submitted simultaneously to another journal for consideration, review, or publication
1. General Guidelines
All manuscripts should be submitted through the Online Submission system available on the official PJM journal website. Authors must first register as an Author in the journal system.
2. Manuscript Template
Manuscripts should be prepared according to the Author Guidelines and manuscript template provided by PJM in Microsoft Word format. The manuscript template can be downloaded from the journal website.

Manuscript Structure
Title The title should be concise, informative, and clearly describe the content of the article. The title should contain a maximum of 15 words, use Times New Roman 16 pt, Bold, and be justified.
Authors and Affiliations The authors' full names should be provided together with their complete institutional affiliations and email addresses. Academic degrees or titles should not be included in the authors' names.
Abstract The abstract must be written in Englishusing single spacing. It should briefly describe the research background, research objective, research method, analytical tools, research findings, and implications. The abstract should be concise and written in one paragraph with a maximum of 200 words. The abstract must be followed by keywordsrepresenting the main concepts and research field.
Introduction The introduction should include:
the background and scope of the research problem within a broader national, regional, or international context;
the significance, novelty, and contribution of the research to the development of knowledge; and
the research objective.
Literature Review The literature review should explain the theories underlying the research, including theories that support the formulation of hypotheses and the development of the research model.
Research Method This section should at least describe the research design, research subjects and objects, population and sample, operational definitions and measurement of variables, data collection techniques or instruments, data analysis techniques, and hypothesis testing.
Results and Discussion The beginning of this section should present the characteristics of the research subjects, objects, samples, or respondents, followed by the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, where applicable.
Data are encouraged to be presented in tables or figures and should be clearly referred to in the narrative. Authors should answer the research questions clearly and provide an appropriate interpretation of the findings.
The discussion should relate the research findings to relevant previous studies and literature. It should explain the relationship between the findings and previous research, including similarities and differences and the reasons underlying them. Authors are strongly encouraged to explain the novelty and advantages of their research compared with previous studies.
Conclusion The conclusion should briefly summarize the main findings of the research. It should be related to the research objectives or hypotheses and should not simply repeat the discussion.
The conclusion should be presented critically, logically, and based on the research findings. This section should also include the implications, research limitations, and recommendations for future research in a sequential manner.
Acknowledgments This section is optional and may be used to acknowledge individuals or institutions that made significant contributions to the completion of the research.
References The reference list should include journals, books, and other publications cited in the manuscript. Every reference cited in the text must appear in the reference list, and every reference listed must be cited in the manuscript.
The references must be traceable, with a minimum of 30 references, and 80% should come from primary sources. At least 80% of the references are preferably published within the last 10 years.
PJM follows the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th Edition citation and referencing style. Authors are strongly encouraged to use Mendeley Reference Manager for managing citations and references.
Manuscript Writing Format
The manuscript should be written on A4 paper, using a single-column format with 1.5 line spacing. Each new paragraph should begin with a 1 cm indentation from the left margin and use Times New Roman 12 pt font.
The manuscript must be written entirely in English.

Left: 3 cm
The title should use Title Case (capitalizing the main words, except prepositions) and Times New Roman 16 ptfont. Subheadings should use 12 pt font. If sub-subheadings are used, their formatting should correspond to their respective heading levels. All subheadings should be aligned to the left.
Citations must follow the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th Edition style.

Figures and tables should be placed as close as possible to the relevant text that explains them and numbered sequentially according to their order of appearance in the manuscript. Data sources should be provided where applicable.
Tables should include a title and content. Table lines should be kept simple, primarily using horizontal lines at the top and bottom of the table and to separate the table heading from its content.
References and citations in PJM: Papua Journal of Management must follow the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th Edition style. Authors are strongly encouraged to use Mendeley to manage citations and references.
