About the Journal
PJM: Papua Journal of Management is a scientific journal published twice a year, in June and December. The journal aims to disseminate scientific research in the field of management and business, covering both theoretical and practical perspectives, with particular attention to management issues and business practices in local, national, and global contexts.
Articles published in PJM should contribute to the development of management knowledge and practice. The journal focuses on a broad range of topics within the field of management science.
The editors welcome original scientific articles that have not been previously published elsewhere and are written entirely in English. Submitted articles are expected to provide a strong theoretical foundation, a clear research methodology, valid research findings, and meaningful implications for the advancement of management knowledge and practice.
