Archiving Policy

The Equality Before the Law Journal (Law Study Program) adopts the LOCKSS archiving concept. It will be submitted to the Indonesian Scientific Journal Database (ISJD) and the Digital Reference Database (GARUDA), as well as to the National Library of Indonesia, the Muhammadiyah University Journal, Google Scholar, and several journal indexing institutions.

LOCKSS

OOpen Journal Systems supports the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to ensure a secure and permanent archive for journals. LOCKSS is open-source software developed at Stanford University Libraries that enables libraries to preserve selected web journals by regularly polling registered journal websites for newly published content and archiving it. Each archive is continuously validated against other library caches, and if content is found to be corrupted or missing, other caches or journals are used to recover it.
