Abstract

One of the challenges for teachers and developers of learning technology to innovate is to create fun and non-boring learning for students. The development of technology and information that is always updated at all times has shifted the role of teachers by themselves from being the sole provider of information in a very conventional environment (teacher centered) to being a learning facilitator that allows students to learn more actively through various sources (student centered). One of the applications that appears on the learning platform used in educational institutions is Canva. Training on the Canva application as an innovative learning media and information for teachers of SMP IT Nurul Yaqin, Sorong is an alternative for developing self-capacity as a teacher. In addition to being fun, this training is also in great demand by teachers of all fields of study, even teachers also provide outreach to their students.
