All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial review by the editor and must be free from plagiarism, with a maximum similarity threshold of 20%. At this stage, the manuscript is assessed to determine its suitability for the journal's focus and scope, as well as to identify any major methodological issues.

Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening are subsequently evaluated by peer reviewers. The reviewers are not informed of the authors' identities, and the authors are likewise not informed of the reviewers' identities, following a single-blind peer-review method. The review process considers several aspects, including novelty, objectivity, methodological rigor, scientific contribution, clarity of conclusions, and the quality and relevance of references. The reviewers' recommendations are then considered by the editorial board in determining the final decision.

The reviewers' comments and recommendations are subsequently communicated to the corresponding author for revision and response. Authors are expected to address the reviewers' comments and submit the revised manuscript within three days.
