Penerapan BAI COBIT 2019 Untuk Menilai Kapabilitas E-Scrap Berbasis Web Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Otomotif

Abstrak: Implementasi aplikasi e-Scrap berbasis web pada perusahaan industri manufaktur otomotif menuntut tata kelola teknologi informasi yang mampu memastikan kesesuaian solusi, pengelolaan perubahan, kesiapan transisi, dan ketersediaan pengetahuan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat kapabilitas implementasi aplikasi e-Scrap menggunakan domain Build, Acquire, and Implement (BAI) COBIT 2019 pada proses BAI03, BAI06, BAI07, dan BAI08. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan instrumen kuesioner berbasis skala Likert yang disusun berdasarkan praktik pengelolaan pada tiap proses COBIT 2019. Responden ditentukan secara purposive dari pihak-pihak yang terlibat langsung dalam penggunaan dan pengelolaan aplikasi. Data dianalisis melalui perhitungan rata-rata per butir, current score per domain, pemetaan capability level, dan analisis gap antara kondisi aktual dan target organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai current score BAI03 sebesar 3,46, BAI06 sebesar 3,23, BAI07 sebesar 3,40, dan BAI08 sebesar 3,21 dengan rata-rata keseluruhan 3,32. Seluruh domain berada pada level 3, yang menunjukkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi telah berjalan melalui proses yang ditetapkan, namun belum mencapai target level 4. Nilai gap terbesar terdapat pada BAI08 sebesar 0,79, diikuti BAI06 sebesar 0,77, BAI07 sebesar 0,60, dan BAI03 sebesar 0,54. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa prioritas perbaikan perlu diarahkan pada pengelolaan pengetahuan dan pengelolaan perubahan agar implementasi aplikasi e-Scrap dapat berjalan lebih efektif, konsisten, dan terukur.
Abstract: The implementation of the web-based e-Scrap application in an automotive manufacturing company requires information technology governance that can ensure solution suitability, change management, transition readiness, and the availability of user knowledge. This study aims to evaluate the capability level of the e-Scrap application implementation using the Build, Acquire, and Implement (BAI) domain of COBIT 2019 in processes BAI03, BAI06, BAI07, and BAI08. The study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a Likert-scale questionnaire developed from the management practices in each COBIT 2019 process. Respondents were selected purposively from parties directly involved in the use and management of the application. Data were analyzed through the calculation of mean scores for each item, current scores for each domain, capability level mapping, and gap analysis between actual conditions and organizational targets. The results show that the current scores were 3.46 for BAI03, 3.23 for BAI06, 3.40 for BAI07, and 3.21 for BAI08, with an overall average of 3.32. All domains were at level 3, indicating that the application implementation has been carried out through established processes, but has not yet achieved the target of level 4. The largest gap was found in BAI08 at 0.79, followed by BAI06 at 0.77, BAI07 at 0.60, and BAI03 at 0.54. These findings indicate that improvement priorities need to focus on knowledge management and change management so that the e-Scrap application can operate more effectively, consistently, and measurably.
