Pengaruh Kompetensi, Komitmen Kerja, dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Operator Sistem Informasi Data Pokok Pendidikan (Dapodik) Tingkat SD dan SMP Kota Banjarbaru

Abstract

Education is an important aspect of life for individuals. The National Data Center of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology collects education data through the basic education data application (Dapodik). The Dapodik information system is one that has a big impact on a school institution. With the existence of the Dapodik information system, data input activities such as student data, educators, facilities and infrastructure, and other school data will be easier to do. This research includes a quantitative approach. It aims to describe and analyze the direct and indirect influence between variables: competence, work commitment, compensation and performance of Dapodik information system operators. The population of this study is all Dapodik information system operators at the elementary and junior high school levels in Banjarbaru City totaling 116 people. The sample technique uses a proportional random sampling technique, with a sample of 90 people. The results of this study show that there is a direct influence between competence, work commitment, compensation and performance of Dapodik information system operators. In addition to direct influence, there is also an indirect influence on competence, work commitment, compensation and performance of Dapodik information system operators in Banjarbaru City. Suggestions for this research are expected to pay attention to competence. Increasing competence can be done by participating in the available training and avoiding high levels of stress at work because if the operator of the Dapodik information system works in a stressful state will affect his performance, then it is important to avoid stress at work by participating in gathering activities as an effort to refresh and relieve fatigue at work. Then for other researchers, it is recommended to improve research capabilities in order to be able to see more deeply the influence of other variables that can affect the performance of Dapodik information system operators, as well as make the results. and make the results of this study as a source of research.
