Abstract

Analysis of Catfish Hatchery Business Catfish with natural spawning using a concrete pond owned by Mr. Eko Harnoto in Klasmelek Village, Sorong Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the catfish hatchery business owned by Mr. Eko Harnoto. This research was conducted in June 2025. Business analysis is an effort made to determine the extent to which business activities are profitable or not. Revenue-Cost Ratio (R / C Ratio), Break Even Point (BEP), and Payback Period (PP). Based on the results of the research carried out, the production costs incurred in Mr. Eko's Catfish Hatchery Business in Klasmelek Village, Sorong Regency have a Cycle profit (Profit) of Rp. 7,650,000 while for one year it is Rp. 38,250,000 so the Total Production Value (Revenue) is Rp. 15,000,000, to see the feasibility of a catfish farming business, it can be seen from the B/C Ratio value of 2.04, meaning that if the B/C ratio value is > 1, then the business is said to be feasible.
